This Administration Locum role provides administrative cover across branches and our Contact Centre in the Canterbury region to ensure the continued smooth operation of services.

In this role the main tasks consist of a mix of Reception and bookings predominately: - Answering a high volume of calls, either handling enquiries or redirecting
- Scheduling and booking imaging appointments
- Quoting accurate costs of examinations
- Welcoming and checking patient’s personal and clinical details
Skills and experience required: - Excellent time management skills and flexibility
- Ability to manage and prioritise the workload accordingly
- Capability to change focus and tasks at short notice
- Provide exceptional customer service both over the phone and face to face with patients
