Image access systems
If you have registered an Intelepacs account with us you can access imaging done by Pacific Radiology, Auckland Radiology or Bay Radiology from anywhere in New Zealand using our InteleConnect Web Portal.
InteleConnect is a web-based clinical viewer, providing referring physicians and clinicians with real-time access to patient images and reports. It's intuitive, easy to use, there is no software to install and it runs on multiple platforms including mobile/tablet devices. It also enables you to set up email notifications advising you that your patients' images are available.

New referrers
To register as a referrer and access your patients' imaging you will need to set up an account with us. It’s an easy, quick process requiring you to set up an IntelePACS account. Once you have set up this account you will be entered into our system and our referrer support team will be in touch with your access details and support with training.
Existing referrers
If you have registered an IntelePACS account with us you can access imaging done by Pacific Radiology, Auckland Radiology or Bay Radiology from anywhere in New Zealand. If you need to set up an account with us please click the 'register new account' button.
Image access FAQs
STEP 1 - SET UP INTELECONNECT
- Open your web browser
- In the URL type address: https://pacs.pacificradiology.com/Portal/app
- You will land on the page shown below
- Log in with your usual Pacific Radiology credentials
STEP 2 - SET UP EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS
Setting up email notifications within InteleConnect allows you to receive notification emails when your patients' images and reports are ready to view.
Once logged in:
- Click the Profile Tab
- Click notifications
- Select the events you would like to be notified about
- Select "Send events by email"
- Save
Once set up you will receive email notifications when your patients' reports and images are available to view.
Your email will look like the example below:
If you click on the embedded link you will be prompted to log in to the InteleConnect portal to view the images and reports available.
STEP 3 - HOW TO CHECK NUMBER OF PATIENT REPORTS READY FOR VIEWING
Click on the notifications tab within the InteleConnect portal. This will provide a list of patient reports available for those patients you have referred to Pacific Radiology.

Please follow these five steps:
- Download InteleViewer install for Windows (64 Bit). - (https://pacs.pacificradiology.com/InteleViewer-tracks/evaluation/win64/InteleViewer-install-win64.exe)
- Run the downloaded InteleViewer installer
- Accept the license agreements and then keep clicking the next button (thereby accepting all the default settings) until the software is installed.
- Start the InteleViewer software using the icon on the desktop.
- You will have to enter a server address: https://pacs.pacificradiology.com under the 'edit bookmarks' tab on the log in page (see video tutorial below)
You should now be able to enter your username and password to start using the system.
Please follow these six steps:
- Download InteleViewer install for Apple Mac OSX. (https://pacs.pacificradiology.com/InteleViewer-tracks/evaluation/macosx/InteleViewer.dmg)
- Double-click the downloaded InteleViewer.dmg file to open it.
- Drag the InteleViewer icon to your Applications folder.
- Hold down the Control key, click Inteleviewer and select Open.
- Say yes to the security question if asked.
- You will have to enter a server address: https://pacs.pacificradiology.com
