We have an exciting opportunity for a full or part time BSA Mammographer to join our team. As a member of our Breast Imaging team in Dunedin, you will provide high quality imaging services to patients and referrers of Pacific Radiology. If you are not qualified as a BSA Mammographer but willing to undertake the BSA training, we would be interested in talking to about this opportunity. There may also be opportunities for a suitable candidate to work as a General MIT .

A workday will include: · Performing a wide range of mammography procedures and apply professional knowledge in selecting and adapting methods best suited with a high level of independence. · Providing technical advice to both radiologists and staff to ensure an effective outcome for the patient. · Take an active part in the Quality Assurance programme. · Contribute to the review, development and maintenance of procedural manuals. · Work with imaging teams to maintain and develop new techniques and procedures. · Assisting with the training programs for mammographers. · Please note, appointment to this position will be conditional on a satisfactory Police vetting and risk assessment as per the Children's Act 2014.
