He whakamārama mō te tūranga mahi | About the role
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Change Specialist to join our hardworking Strategy team starting May 2025. This part time role plays a key part in supporting change being delivered across the business, from our clinical teams to our IT and corporate teams, by interfacing between the projects and senior management/ELT to drive transparency, accountability, and regular updates back to stakeholders on the progress of all projects.
A day in the life of this role could look like:
- Establishing a newly creating reporting process that will highlight wins as well as risk along the project life cycle – lots of opportunity to create process from scratch
- Timely and accurate reporting on projects and key deliverables to Senior Leadership
- Building relationships with key stakeholders across the motu!
- Work alongside of finance and data/performance teams to ensure accurate tracking and up to date information is provided on each individual project.
- Collate process improvement ideas around project management reporting systems.
- Escalate risk pragmatically whilst being solutions focused on the end goal
- Lead monthly reviews and deep dives into projects that are underway to ensure accurate information and data being provided.

Ideally, you’ll have knowledge and skills in systems and change as well as an understanding of the project lifecycle and how to manage regular reporting. You’ll bring experience in the development and implementation of change initiatives or projects and changing environments.
