This interesting and diverse Clinic Support role supports the provision of high-quality imaging services to referrers and patients and assists the clinical team in providing patient-focused services. This is a role ideal for someone that has initiative and drive to run their day and find additional work at the branch during quieter times. We are looking for a self-starter, and someone with exceptional people and communication skills who can participate in a physically demanding role.
The purpose of this position: · Contribute to the company's positive, friendly image by providing a welcoming and responsive front-line service. · Ensure patient confidentiality at all times. · Interact effectively and in a supportive manner for internal and external customers. · Ensure continuity for all modalities.
The key responsibilities of this position: · First priority - attending to patients. · Help patients who require assistance, as needed. · Check accuracy of patient data entry into PRC systems, if required. · Escort patients to change cubicles. · Take payments, if required. · Ensure linen supplies are sufficient for the day's workload. · Assist patients with the on-line consent forms, if required/requested. · Sending ‘preparation packs’ to patients so an ability to use a spreadsheet is required

The role is based at Pacific Radiology St Georges Hospital, you may be required to work at our other branches. The role is 24 hours a week.
