He whakamārama mō te tūranga mahi | About the role
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced IT Project Manager to join our team on a 12-month fixed term contract. From the initial plans to the opening of doors of new branches around the country we are after an IT Project Manager to manage the IT functions of the new build from the idea on paper to the bricks and mortar of the development site this role will manage all the IT functions and nuances related to IT in a newly built imaging branch. Primarily the responsibilities are to support the new site build process. As the workload associated with the site builds can fluctuate week to week, involvement and contributing to the delivery of other IT projects and initiatives will also be included (capacity dependent) in this role.

Ideally, you’ll have an IT Project management background with strong stakeholder engagement and astute communication and influencing skills.
We also need experience in the following:
- An ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams and stakeholders
- A background in the IT industry
- Vendor management
- Sourcing and budgeting experience
- Governance of project management timeframes, budgets and risk registers
- Attention to detail and an ability to prioritise multiple tasks
- Working in project management methodologies
