We have a great opportunity for an MRI Technologist to join our hardworking team across our Waikato branches.  This role is responsible for always contributing to an efficient MRI service of the highest quality and this role will support the Charge MRI Technologist in providing exceptional MRI services to patients, referrers and funders.
  
A day in the life of this role could look like:
  • Performing MRI imaging using safe practice techniques and the agreed MRI imaging protocols
  • Completing MRI analysis in accordance with established standards
  • Ensuring equipment is maintained, and notifying the Charge MRI of any equipment breakages, breakdowns or malfunctions
  • Under taking quality assurance 
  • Providing compassionate, patient-centred care in every interaction 
  • Contributing to continuous improvement and service excellence

Ideally, you’ll have experience as an MRI Technologist and advanced knowledge of MRI safety guidelines and procedures.  You’ll also bring experience in the following:
  • A commitment to providing high-quality care and patient-focused service.
  • A desire to work with a professional and friendly team using the latest MRI technology.
  • Registered with the New Zealand MRTB and hold a current Annual Practising Certificate in MRI 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Flexibility to work across multiple sites and shifts as needed
