We are seeking applications for a Contact Centre Team Leader in Wellington. In this position you will gain the opportunity to drive team performance, optimise workflows, and enhance service delivery within a fast-paced contact centre environment.
This is a permanent / full-time 40 hours per week position.
The successful candidate will:
- Lead, coach, and support a team of Bookings Specialists to achieve performance targets and deliver outstanding patient service.
- Monitor, analyse, and improve operational performance, ensuring efficient workflows and high-quality outcomes.
- Foster a positive, collaborative team culture aligned with organisational values and continuous improvement.
