We are seeking applications for MRI technologist position in Waikato. In this position you will gain hands-on experience delivering an efficient, high-quality MRI imaging service to patients, referrers and funders.
This is a permanent position. Full-time is preferred, but flexible working arrangements will be considered for the right candidate
The successful candidate will:
- Operate MRI equipment safely and accurately, following best practice and safety guidelines
- Ensure all administrative processes, including patient data entry, billing and image archiving, are completed accurately
- Communicate clearly and professionally with patients, colleagues, and referrers to ensure a positive experience
Ngā pūkenga e rapu nei mātou | About you - A qualified MRI Technologist with a sound knowledge of MRI techniques and safety procedures
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain procedures clearly to patients
- A team player who can support colleagues and students within the department
