We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and highly motivated Operations Manager to lead and inspire our Wellington Manawatu clinical team across our regional branches.
We are seeking a leader with sharp curiosity, strong delivery, and a commitment to excellence. Someone who can translate plans into action, connect the moving parts, and continuously improve how we operate, recognising the power of strong relationships and collaborative teamwork.
As Operations Manager, you will lead our clinical teams across the Wellington Manawatu region, ensuring our systems, people, and processes are working at their best. You will identify patterns early, make sound decisions under pressure, and bring clarity in complex situations.
You will bring clinical expertise (preferred) alongside strong leadership capability, helping to deliver a welcoming, high-quality and empathetic imaging service for our patients, referrers, and funders.

As the Operations Manager, we are looking for someone who wants to make a difference in health and can hit the ground running with the below attributes:
- Lead the Clinical Team with inspiring leadership, sound advice and a team first ethos.
- A proven ability to build a team, mentor and encourage others while providing consistent and regular feedback.
- Be driven and able to work both within a multi-disciplinary team and independently.
- Have a proven ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people including our patients and their whanau/family as well as other health care professionals and providers.
- Drive operations improvement and reliability across our Clinical Teams and services.
- Anticipate and manage risk with calm and informed judgment.
- Strengthen referrer and key stakeholder relationships across the region with a collaborative approach.
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.
- Have a proven ability to demonstrate calmness under pressure.
- Be a highly motivated, flexible team player.
- Understanding of the importance of maintaining patient privacy and confidentiality.
